Under no circumstances, does Crossroads Coaching exchange, sell, lend, or otherwise make available to any entity or individual, the personal information of its clients or students (customers), without their expressed permission.

Return/Dissatisfied Customer Policy Statement

If at any time, a Crossroads Coaching customer requests a refund for services purchased from Crossroads Coaching, a full refund will be given to that customer, with the exception of the following restrictions:

1. Any stated non-refundable deposit for services, and so described on the Crossroads Coaching website, or in contracts and agreements; and

2. Any customer monies paid for training or classes offered by Crossroads Coaching, either in full, or through an agreed payment plan, when customer attends the third (3) class, or training session, of an offered program of training.
